NDB President Dilma Rousseff Arrives for BRICS Summit
Dilma Rousseff, who leads the New Development Bank, arrived in New Delhi for an important BRICS meeting.
India is hosting the 18th BRICS Summit.
The meeting will take place at Bharat Mandapam on September 12 and 13.
