Haji Mastan’s Daughter Seeks PM Modi’s Help
Haseen Mastan Mirza, the daughter of the late underworld figure Haji Mastan, has asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for help.
She says a family member sexually abused her, forced her into marriage when she was just 12, and took her property.
The abuse started after her father died.
Haseen says the police did not help her, and she has been fighting in court since 2013.
She also tried to kill herself in 2010 because of the stress.
She believes the crimes were motivated by greed for her father’s money.
Despite all this, she wants her father’s name to stay good and is not interested in politics.
Haseen Mastan Mirza alleges years of sexual abuse and forced marriage by a family member starting in 1996.
She claims the abuse continued after her father’s death and included property takeover and attempted murder.
Legal action has been pursued since 2013 but stalled due to financial issues and lack of police assistance.
The abuse led to severe mental health issues, including a suicide attempt in 2010.
Haseen seeks Prime Minister Modi’s and Home Minister Shah’s intervention for stricter laws against such crimes.
