Leh's Sangam Point: World's Highest Rafting Spot, Seen In Dhurandhar

High up in the mountains of India, there is a famous place called Sangam Point where two big rivers, the Indus and the Zanskar, meet each other.

People say it is the highest place in the world where you can go rafting.

Rafting is when you ride down a fast river in a special boat.

Because the rivers are so high in the mountains, you can only go rafting during the warmer months of the year.

Visitors can choose from a few different rafting trips, like Phey to Sangam or Chilling to Sangam.

They should always go with a licensed rafting company and follow safety rules.

The mountains around the rivers are dry and rocky, and the two rivers often have different colours.

A song from an Indian movie called Dhurandhar was filmed there, so the landscape may look familiar to movie fans.

On the way, visitors can also see places like Magnetic Hill and a Gurudwara.

Even if you don't go rafting, you can still enjoy the amazing view of the two rivers meeting.
