AAP MLA Sanjeev Jha urges protest over Burari's bad roads

There is a place called Burari in Delhi, India, where the roads are in very bad shape.

People who live there are angry and upset about the broken roads.

A local leader named Sanjeev Jha is in charge of helping the area, and people blame him.

Mr. Jha says he understands why people are angry.

He says the roads were being fixed for ten years, but the work slowed down because of delays in fixing sewer pipes.

He also says different government offices argued with each other, which made things slower.

Fixing the roads will cost a lot of money, more than Mr. Jha is allowed to spend.

He says if the roads are not fixed in two months, he will join the people in a protest outside the Chief Minister's house.

The area also has problems with dirty water and not enough water for everyone.

Mr. Jha hopes the roads will be fixed before Diwali, a big festival.
