Ex-MUDA Commissioner Dinesh Kumar's Illegal Land Allotments

G T Dinesh Kumar, a former commissioner, is accused of misusing his position by illegally giving out land to his associates in Mysuru.

The ED suspects he was involved in money laundering, transferring the land for personal gain, and breaking the rules.

Kumar is alleged to have allotted 40 MUDA sites to Chamundeshwari Nagara Sarvodaya Sanga, a co-operative society.

Authorities are investigating how Kumar allotted sites and routed money through co-operative societies.

The ED has evidence showing illegal activities including site allotments in the name of ineligible persons.

A government report also highlighted the scheme's illegality.
