HC Directs AMC to Aid Disabled PG Student
A medical student who has a disability that affects his ability to move around was having trouble getting his school to give him the papers he needed to finish his course.
The student went to court, and the judge said the school had to give him the papers so he could apply for a special medical program.
The judge also said the school should look into reports that a teacher was being mean to the student because of his disability.
