Napoli's Scott McTominay to Undergo Surgery for Mild Arrhythmia

Napoli's Scott McTominay to Undergo Surgery for Mild Arrhythmia

Scott McTominay has a small problem with his heartbeat.

Doctors call it a mild, benign arrhythmia.

Napoli says it is not considered serious.

He will have a procedure called pulsed field ablation in the next few days.

Because of this, he will not play for Napoli for a short time.

He is expected to return after the international break at the end of the month.

He will miss Napoli's Champions League game against Arsenal.

He will also miss Scotland's matches against Slovenia, Switzerland and North Macedonia.
