Karnataka Man Kills Daughter, Then Dies by Suicide After Wife Elopes
A sad man in India was very upset when his wife left him to be with another man.
She even left a note saying she was not coming back and told him to take good care of their little daughter.
The man, Lokesh, took his four-year-old daughter, Niharika, out in the car.
Sadly, he then killed his daughter and took his own life.
Their bodies were found the next day.
The police are now looking for the wife and the man she ran away with.
The father of Lokesh believes the wife often argued with him and wanted him gone so she could be happy.
A 37-year-old man, Lokesh, allegedly killed his four-year-old daughter, Niharika, before dying by suicide in Karnataka.
The incident reportedly occurred after Lokesh's wife, Navyashri, eloped with another man, Murali, on November 4.
Navyashri left a note stating she did not wish to return and asked Lokesh to take care of their daughter.
The bodies were discovered on Wednesday near the government pre-university college in Mulbagal, Kolar district.
Police have registered a case of abetment of suicide and are summoning Navyashri and Murali for questioning.
