Apple Expands Hyderabad Office Space
Apple, a big tech company, has rented more office space in Hyderabad, India.
They have taken 57,343 square feet in a building called WaveRock IT Park.
This is on top of the space they already have there, making their total space about 6.34 lakh square feet.
They will pay about ₹71.67 lakh every month for this new space and have agreed to rent it for five years.
They also paid a big security deposit of ₹4.30 crore.
This is part of Apple's plan to grow bigger in Hyderabad.
Apple India leased an additional 57,343 sq ft at WaveRock IT Park, Hyderabad.
The total occupied area at WaveRock now stands at around 6.34 lakh sq ft.
The lease is for five floors at WaveRock Tower 2.1, with a five-year tenure starting December 1, 2025.
Monthly rent is approximately ₹71.67 lakh, with a blended rate of ₹125 per sq ft per month.
Apple paid a security deposit of approximately ₹4.30 crore for the leased premises.
