J&K Gets ₹10,637 Crore Road and Tunnel Projects Approved
The government is building new roads and tunnels in Jammu and Kashmir, costing over ten thousand crore rupees.
This includes tunnels at Pir Ki Gali and Sadhana Pass, which will help people travel to and from remote areas even when it snows a lot.
These new routes will make it easier to get around during winter months and will also connect different parts of the region.
Different political parties are now saying they deserve the credit for these projects.
The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways approved 19 road and tunnel projects in Jammu and Kashmir, costing ₹10,637 crore.
Key projects include the Pir Ki Gali and Sadhana tunnels, aiming to provide year-round connectivity to remote areas.
