Seven Andhra Pradesh Medical Colleges Rank Among India's Top 127
Medical colleges are schools that train people to become doctors.
A big list called the IIRF Medical College Rankings 2026 compares medical colleges all over India.
Seven medical colleges from a state called Andhra Pradesh did very well in this list.
They all made it into the top 127 medical schools in the whole country.
The best one is Andhra Medical College in Visakhapatnam, which came 13th in India.
Other colleges in Guntur, Kurnool, Kakinada, and Tirupati also placed in the top 70.

Government Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada, secured AIR 109, while Government Medical College, Ananthapuram, ranked 127.
AIIMS New Delhi retained the top national position, and the rankings covered 144 leading medical colleges across India.
