Kurnool District Yogasana Championship Kicks Off
The Kurnool District held a yoga competition at the IS Outdoor Stadium.
The event was opened by Dr. Shankar Sharma, who talked about yoga's history and its advantages.
He said yoga helps with memory and a healthy life.
The people who won at this competition will go on to compete at a state level event in Vijayawada on August 21st.
Several individuals were also present at the inauguration.
Kurnool District Yogasana Championship Competitions commenced at IS Outdoor Stadium.
Dr. Shankar Sharma inaugurated the event as chief guest.
Sharma emphasized yoga's origins in India and its benefits.
Winners will advance to state-level competitions in Vijayawada.
The state-level competition is scheduled for August 21st.
