Maharashtra SIR: Low Form Distribution in Pune

In Pune, Maharashtra, officials are trying to update the voter list by visiting homes and giving out forms.

They started on June 30 and were supposed to finish by July 29, but it's taking longer, so they extended the deadline to August 8.

Some areas, like Bhosari, have given out more forms, while others, like Hadapsar, have given out fewer.

Some people in Pune say that the officials haven't visited them, and they had to go to special camps to fill out the forms.

The officials say they are trying their best, but sometimes the addresses are wrong, so they can't find everyone.

They ask people to call or visit the polling stations if they haven't been contacted.
