India beats Zimbabwe by seven wickets in 1st T20I

India played against Zimbabwe in the first T20I match of a three-match series.

Zimbabwe scored 125 runs in their 20 overs, with Wesley Madhevere scoring the most runs.

India then chased down the target in just 13.2 overs, with Vaibhav Sooryavanshi scoring a quick fifty off just 19 balls.

Mayank Yadav took two wickets for India, including the first ball of the innings.

India won the match by seven wickets, taking a 1-0 lead in the series.

This was also Shreyas Iyer's first win as India's T20I captain.
