Pradhan Launches STEM Labs for Girls in Odisha
Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan opened special science labs in three schools in Odisha.
These labs, called STEM labs, will help girl students learn about science, technology, engineering, and math.
They will also learn about flying planes and other things related to aviation.
The labs have special tools and activities to make learning fun and practical.
Boeing, a big airplane company, and another group called Learning Links Foundation are helping with this program.
They want more girls to study these subjects and maybe become pilots or engineers in the future.
The minister said that India will need many more pilots and engineers as the number of airplanes in the country grows.
These labs will help prepare students for these jobs.
Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan inaugurated STEM labs in three schools in Sambalpur, Odisha.
The labs are part of the Boeing Sukanya Programme to encourage girl students in STEM and aviation.
The labs feature experiential learning kits, digital tools, and hands-on modules for grades 6-10.
The initiative aims to prepare students for careers in aviation and related fields.
Boeing and Learning Links Foundation are partnering to establish these labs in government schools across India.
