Colombia Blames ELN for Police Killings
In Colombia, two police officers were killed and two soldiers were hurt in attacks blamed on a group called the ELN.
The president, Gustavo Petro, said he will send more troops to the border with Venezuela.
The ELN is a guerrilla group that has been fighting since the 1960s.
They were talking about peace with the government, but those talks stopped after a big attack earlier this year.
The ELN is also fighting with another group for control of the border.
The president also said he is ready to accuse the leader of another group, the FARC dissidents, of crimes at an international court.
The Red Cross says the situation in Colombia is getting worse.
