UPI System to Implement New Rules and Features
Starting August 1, 2025, there are some new rules for using UPI apps on your phone.
You'll only be able to check your balance 50 times a day and see your linked accounts 25 times.
Also, payments that happen automatically will now occur during specific times like before 10 AM, 1 PM to 5 PM, and after 9:30 PM.
This helps make payments more secure and the apps faster.
UPI apps will have new limits on balance checks and account views.
Users can check balance only 50 times daily.
List of linked accounts can be viewed 25 times per day.
AutoPay transactions will occur at specific time slots.
Failed transaction status checks will be limited to 3 per day.
