Second Marwadi University Student Death Reported in Six Days
A 20-year-old student at Marwadi University died after falling from a campus building.
Police are investigating the death as an alleged suicide.
The student was from Andhra Pradesh and studied computer science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
Police said he had recently undergone several surgeries.
They said he had told his roommate that he wanted to die if his health problems continued.
No suicide note was found.
The incident happened six days after another student at the university died after falling from a hostel building.
That earlier student was a 19-year-old woman named Alla Venkata Soubhagya Varshitha.

Police identified the student as Hemnath, also spelled Hemanth, a native of Andhra Pradesh.
He was a fifth-semester Computer Science and Engineering student specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Police said he had undergone several surgeries and was distressed about continuing health problems; no suicide note was found.
The death occurred six days after 19-year-old Alla Venkata Soubhagya Varshitha allegedly died after jumping from the university’s hostel building.
