Tripura Receives 347 Awards for Good Governance

Tripura, a state in India, has won 347 awards in the last eight years for being really good at governing.

The Chief Minister, Manik Saha, said this shows that even smaller states can lead through good ideas and hard work.

Tripura has set up new departments and think tanks to help with this, like the Tripura Institution for Transformation (TIFT).

They are also working with other states and the central government to share their success.

The state is focusing on things like making sure young people have jobs, working with private companies on big projects, and even connecting with people from Tripura who live abroad to get their help and ideas.

The central government has praised Tripura for its good work and other states are looking to learn from them.
