JSW Steel Distributes Saplings to Schools
JSW Steel, a big company, gave out 2,000 small plants to 17 schools and colleges in two places in Odisha, India.
They did this to help make the area greener and teach students about taking care of the environment.
The plants they gave out are different kinds like mango, guava, and jamun, which are good for the local area.
The most plants were given to a college in Barbil.

JSW Steel’s Odisha Mining Division distributed 2,000 saplings to 17 educational institutions in Keonjhar and Sundargarh districts.
The saplings included various species like Jamun, Guava, Mango, and Cashew, chosen for their ecological value.
In Keonjhar, 1,225 saplings were given to seven schools and one college, while 800 saplings were distributed across nine locations in Sundargarh.
The initiative aims to boost local green cover and engage students in ecological conservation.
Around 600 saplings were distributed at Barbil College, highlighting the event's significance.
