Ambedkar Brothers' Feud Erupts Amid Alliance, Reunion Plans Fizzle
The grandsons of Dr. B R Ambedkar, Prakash and Anandraj, are fighting.
Anandraj made a deal with a party that works with the BJP, which Prakash doesn't like.
Prakash says Anandraj is going against their family's beliefs by doing this.
Anandraj says he's working for the benefit of people in need, and denies he's changing his beliefs.
They've worked separately for a long time, but this is the first time their disagreement has been so public.
Anandraj Ambedkar, of Republican Sena, and Prakash Ambedkar, of Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi, are embroiled in a public dispute.
The conflict stems from Anandraj's alliance with Shiv Sena, which is in a coalition with BJP.
Prakash Ambedkar criticized Anandraj for aligning with the Shiv Sena and allegedly compromising on core principles.
Anandraj Ambedkar defends the alliance, citing a common agenda of welfare for oppressed classes and denying any ideological compromise.
This public feud marks the first time their differences, despite three decades of separate work, have become so visible.
