Tamil Nadu Minister Proposes Future-Ready School Curriculum Changes

Tamil Nadu Minister Proposes Future-Ready School Curriculum Changes

Tamil Nadu’s School Education Minister A Rajmohan wants to change how children learn in school.

He said textbooks should use simpler language and clearer designs.

This could make it easier for students to understand their lessons.

The plan would reduce dependence on memorising answers.

Children would be allowed to learn at different speeds.

The minister said students should not be called “bright” or “average” because of their marks.

New lessons would help with confusing letters and sounds.

Students would also be encouraged to think, create, and learn prompt engineering.

Physical Training would become mandatory under the proposal.
