Residents Demand Restoration of Train Halt at Kuneru
People from Parvathipuram in Manyam district are asking the railway authorities to bring back a train stop at Kuneru station.
This stop was removed four years ago during the pandemic.
They say it's hard for people in nearby villages, especially students and patients, to travel without this stop.
They also want new trains to run between Rayagada and Visakhapatnam to fill gaps in the current schedule.
The railway manager promised to look into their requests.
Residents of Parvathipuram, Manyam district, petitioned for the restoration of the Rayagada-Guntur Express train halt at Kuneru railway station.
