Mercedes-AMG E 53 HYBRID 4MATIC+ Debuts in India

Mercedes-Benz India has launched the Mercedes-AMG E 53 HYBRID 4MATIC+, the first electrified AMG E-Class sedan in the country.

Priced at Rs 1.45 crore for the Performance Edition and Rs 1.48 crore for the Racing Edition, this car combines the performance of AMG with the efficiency of a plug-in hybrid.

It has a 3.0-litre petrol engine and a 120 kW electric motor, giving a combined output of 585 hp and 750 Nm of torque.

The car can go from 0 to 100 kmph in 3.8 seconds and has a top speed of 250 kmph, which can be increased to 280 kmph with an optional package.

This launch is part of Mercedes-Benz's strategy to offer customers multiple powertrain choices, including internal combustion engines, electric, and hybrid models.
