Pune Tiranga Yatra: Fadnavis Vows Developed Maharashtra in 20 Years

A big parade with the Indian flag, called Tiranga Yatra, happened in the city of Pune.

It took place just before Independence Day, which is on August 15.

Thousands of people, especially young people, walked on Fergusson College Road carrying the flag.

The leader of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, joined the parade and gave a speech.

He said the young people of Pune are full of love for their country.

He remembered brave freedom fighters from the past who helped India become free.

He also asked everyone to remember their duties, not just their rights, when they see the flag.

Fadnavis said that in the next 20 years, India and Maharashtra will become more developed, and young people will help make that happen.
