Siblings Accusing Michael Jackson of Abuse Appear in Court
Four siblings went to court in Los Angeles to try and cancel a deal they made six years ago.
This deal was about some serious claims they made against the famous singer Michael Jackson.
They said he hurt them, and this story was told in a TV show called Leaving Neverland.
A long time ago, in 2005, Michael Jackson was accused of doing bad things to a 13-year-old boy, but a jury said he was not guilty.
Now, these siblings want to change the deal they made so they can maybe sue Jackson again.
The judge said it might be hard because of the old deal.
Four siblings (Frank, Aldo, Marie-Nicole, Dominic, and Eddie Cascio) appeared in a Los Angeles court to challenge a 2017 settlement related to abuse allegations against Michael Jackson.
The siblings' claims were revealed in the Leaving Neverland docuseries.
A judge noted that the previous settlement may prevent them from suing Jackson.
Michael Jackson was acquitted in 2005 on all counts of molesting a 13-year-old boy at his Neverland Ranch estate.
The 2005 trial included ten felony counts, with the defense arguing extortion and inconsistencies in witness testimonies.
