Tiger Analytics & Ruva Foundation Plant Saplings for Ozone Day
Imagine the Earth has a special shield called the ozone layer that protects us from the sun's harmful rays.
To celebrate and protect this shield, Tiger Analytics and Ruva Foundation planted lots of trees.
They planted 6,000 trees in Chennai and Bengaluru, which will help clean the air and fight climate change.
This is like giving the cities 'green lungs.'
The forests will soak up carbon dioxide, a bad gas that harms the environment, and create spaces for education and biodiversity.
This initiative shows how we can make a difference for our planet.
Tiger Analytics and Ruva Foundation partnered to plant 6,000 saplings.
The initiative commemorates International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer.
Planting took place in Chennai and Bengaluru, India.
The project aims to restore green cover and combat climate change.
The forests are projected to sequester over 1,000 tons of CO2 in the coming decade.
