Marico, a company that makes things like hair oils and health foods, just shared its financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2026.
They made a lot more money this quarter compared to the same time last year.
Their total revenue was Rs 3,537 crore, which is a big increase from Rs 2,794 crore last year.
They also made a profit of Rs 460 crore, which is more than the Rs 406 crore they made last year.
The company spent more money too, especially on advertising and promoting their brands.
They also bought the last little bit of a company called True Elements and brought another company called Just Herbs into their main business.
The new labour laws in India don't seem to be affecting them much.
Marico sells its products in many countries and has popular brands like Parachute and Saffola.
Marico's Q3 FY26 revenue rose to Rs 3,537 crore from Rs 2,794 crore year-on-year.
Net profit increased to Rs 460 crore compared to Rs 406 crore in the same period last year.
Consolidated expenditure rose to Rs 3,009 crore, with significant spending on advertising and sales promotion.
Marico completed the acquisition of the remaining 0.04% stake in True Elements, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
The company integrated the business of Just Herbs following its voluntary liquidation, with no material impact on financial results.
