Baroda Cricket Association to Develop District Cricket
The Baroda Cricket Association (BCA) is switching its focus to help young cricket players in the districts.
They plan to buy land to build training centers where players can improve their skills.
This is because there's a lot of potential talent in these areas that needs nurturing.
The BCA president agrees, saying that places like Karnataka have done the same thing with great success.
They're also thinking about broadcasting local matches online so more people can watch.
In the meantime, the BCA appointed new coaches for different age groups and teams.
The BCA will shift focus to develop cricket in district areas.
CAC chairman Kiran More proposed acquiring land in districts.
The aim is to build training and infrastructure in rural areas.
BCA will either buy or lease land for training centers.
New coaching appointments were finalized across all age categories.
