Karnataka Rejects NIA Probe in Dharmasthala Case
The Karnataka government, through its Home Minister, is keeping the investigation into the Dharmasthala case with its own team (SIT).
The Home Minister says the federal investigation agency (NIA) won't be taking over.
However, if the Enforcement Directorate (ED) wants to look into how money was used, the state won't stop them.
The opposition BJP wants the NIA to get involved.
The Home Minister thinks the BJP might be trying to hinder the current investigation, and that there's no reason to change the investigation team.
