Tata Digital Leases Premium Office Space in Mumbai

Tata Digital, a company, has signed a deal to rent a large office space in Mumbai.

They will be using about 58,668 square feet of space across multiple floors in a building called One International Centre.

The rent starts at a high price, around ₹1.06 crore each month, which is like paying ₹180 for every square foot they use.

The deal lasts for 60 months and includes parking spots.

They won't have to start paying rent right away; there's a short rent-free period.

Each year, the rent will slightly increase, which is a standard practice.
