Bombay High Court Quashes FIR, Warns Against Criminal Settlements
The Bombay High Court ended a criminal case against Niraj Rajaram More.
More had been accused along with six other people in a violent incident.
The complainant later said he had named More by mistake.
He said it was difficult to identify people during the nighttime confusion.
The complainant also said More was not involved and that he did not want to continue the case against him.
The court agreed to cancel the case against More.
However, it ordered the complainant to pay ₹20,000 to a trust.
