Ashish and Loki Win Bake Off: The Professionals 2026
Ashish and Loki are two chefs who cooked amazing desserts for a TV show called Bake Off: The Professionals.
They worked for a hotel group called Edwardian Hotels and beat another team called The Stafford in a very long final challenge that lasted 12 hours.
The judges, Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin, liked their creative cakes and gave them the trophy.
Ashish said the best part was hearing his name announced and holding the trophy, while the worst part was running out of time to finish the final touches.
They plan to show the trophy in both Manchester and London so people can see how proud they are.
Ashish (33, Manchester) and Loki (25, London) won Bake Off: The Professionals 2026 for Edwardian Hotels.
They defeated The Stafford in a 12‑hour Masquerade Ball Banquet final after 10 weeks of challenges.
Judges Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin praised their creativity and determination.
Ashish described the moment of winning and the pressure of finishing on time as key highlights.
The duo, first winners from Edwardian Hotels, plan to display the trophy in Manchester and London.
