West Bengal's Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee, might not attend the inauguration of new Kolkata Metro lines by Prime Minister Modi.
She believes Bengali migrants are being treated unfairly in states run by the BJP, the Prime Minister's party.
Banerjee initiated these metro projects earlier as Railway Minister.
Modi will be opening parts of the Green, Orange, and Yellow lines.
The Chief Minister does not wish to share the stage with central government officials.
