Suparna Mitra brings Titan experience to TeamLease’s staffing future
Suparna Mitra spent 24 years helping Titan sell watches and other products.
In February 2026, she became the leader of TeamLease, a company that helps other businesses find and manage workers.
TeamLease looks after the pay and paperwork for about 350,000 people.
It works with more than 4,000 clients in many industries.
Some workers have regular entry-level jobs, while others have specialised skills such as technology, finance or law.
Mitra says many young people now want flexible jobs and may have several careers over their lifetimes.
She also wants TeamLease to explain all of its services more clearly to customers.
Her new job is a major change because she moved from consumer products to business-to-business staffing.
Suparna Mitra joined TeamLease as managing director and chief executive officer in February 2026 after 24 years at Titan Company.
TeamLease has 350,000 people on its rolls, serves more than 4,000 clients and reported FY2025-26 revenue of ₹11,860 crore.
The company provides general and specialised staffing, including payroll, compliance, hiring and employee-benefit administration.
Mitra says flexible work and multi-career paths are becoming more attractive to employees and employers.
At Titan, Mitra helped develop premium watches, including the limited-edition Jalsa tourbillon watch priced at approximately ₹41 lakh.
