BJP attacks Kejriwal after High Court stays Punjab officer recruitment
Will Kejriwal seek Punjab govt’s resignation, BJP asks after HC stay on pharma officers’ recruitment · theprint.in

A big court, the Punjab and Haryana High Court, has paused a hiring process in Punjab.

The state wanted to hire 454 pharmacy officers to work under its health department.

Some people said the written test for these jobs was unfair because of a cheating racket.

A man named Keshav Kamboj and others asked the court to cancel the exam, and the court stopped the appointments for now.

The court will hear the case again on September 17 and decide what to do.

After this, a BJP leader named Sudhanshu Trivedi blamed Arvind Kejriwal, who leads the AAP party that runs the Punjab government.

Trivedi said the court's order proves something went wrong and asked Kejriwal to make the Punjab government resign.

He also said Kejriwal and another leader, Rahul Gandhi, are not speaking up for students in Punjab and Jharkhand.

Trivedi added that some people are making noise in Parliament to avoid questions about the court's decision.

For now, the pharmacy officer jobs are on hold until the court gives its next order.
