Telangana CM Seeks Central Support for Education

Telangana CM Seeks Central Support for Education

The Chief Minister of Telangana, A. Revanth Reddy, went to Delhi to talk to important government leaders.

He met with the Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, and the Education Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan.

He gave them a document about Telangana's future plans and asked for special financial help for schools.

He also asked the Finance Minister to allow the state to borrow more money than usual to build new schools and improve old ones.

The new schools, called Young India Integrated Residential Schools, will have modern facilities and will benefit many students.

The Chief Minister explained that this spending is an investment in the future of the state's children.

The Finance Minister liked the idea and asked for more details before making a decision.

Additionally, he requested the Education Minister to allow a new IIM (a famous business school) in Hyderabad.

The state has already found land and is ready to start the school right away.

He also requested more central schools in Telangana.

These meetings show that Telangana is working hard to get support from the central government for better education.
