Woman Blames TVK District Secretary in Ward Executive's Suicide
Paranthaman was a local office-holder in the TVK party in Rameswaram.
He had previously served in the army.
The party reportedly removed him from his post and chose another person.
He then met the party’s district secretary, Malarvizhi Jayapalan.
His wife says Jayapalan spoke to him in a disrespectful way during the meeting.
