Tata Realty Names Birla Estates Executive To Lead Realty Business
Tata Realty has chosen Gaurav Jain to lead its real-estate business.
Jain currently works as deputy CEO of Birla Estates.
He will replace Sanjay Dutt, who recently left the company.
Jain is expected to start in early September.
Tata Realty has faced falling revenue and larger losses.
The company owns or develops properties across several cities.
It has mainly focused on offices but now wants to grow its residential projects.
Its new projects include developments in Mulund and Ghansoli near Mumbai.
