Iran Denies Link as Five Arrested Near UK Airbase

Police arrested five British men near RAF Fairford, a British airbase used by US military aircraft.

The arrests happened after people reported three vehicles blocking or standing near a road by the base.

Police treated the incident as a possible explosives offence.

Bomb experts examined the vehicles, and 85 nearby households were evacuated.

The men will be released on bail with strict rules about where they can go and whom they can contact.

The investigation is still continuing.

Iran says it had nothing to do with the arrests and calls claims linking it to the case fabricated.

Donald Trump said the men wanted to cause serious damage, but British police have not confirmed what the men planned or whether the base was their target.
