Garnier and India Partner to Reduce Plastic Waste
Big companies like Garnier are teaming up with the government in India to help clean up plastic waste.
They're working together to make it easier to reduce, reuse, and recycle.
This involves setting up places to collect recyclables and organizing beach clean-ups.
Actor John Abraham is also helping spread the word.
Garnier is also working with another group to collect and recycle plastic, which also helps people who collect waste.
This is all part of Garnier's plan to be more environmentally friendly, like making sure their products are cruelty-free.
Garnier partnered with Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban to fight plastic waste.
The partnership supports RRR (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) Centers.
Beach clean-up drives were held in multiple cities.
Garnier has collected nearly 900 tonnes of plastic with Plastics for Change.
The initiative is part of Garnier's broader sustainability goals.
