Gwalior Trafficking Probe May Be Referred to NIA

Gwalior Trafficking Probe May Be Referred to NIA

Police in Gwalior are investigating a suspected trafficking network that moved girls from Bangladesh into India.

They arrested two men, Mohammad Hasan and Mubeen.

Police say the men brought girls to Aligarh and planned to take them to Jammu and Kashmir for marriages.

Four girls were rescued in Aligarh, and two of them are minors.

Investigators say people in Bangladesh helped the girls cross the border.

A man identified as Adil is still being sought.

Police are looking into how the whole network operated.

They may ask the National Investigation Agency to help investigate because the case involves movement across a border.
