BPCL Announces Q3 Results Date, Stocks Rally
On January 16, 2026, Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) announced that it will release its Q3 results on January 23, 2026.
This news came on the same day that BPCL, along with HPCL and IOC, saw their stock prices rise by up to 4%.
This increase was because the price of crude oil dropped.
The drop in oil prices happened because people thought there might not be a big fight in the Middle East, which would have made oil more expensive.
When oil is cheaper, these companies can make more money, so their shares went up.
BPCL also announced that it will consider paying a second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
In its last quarter, BPCL made a net profit of ₹6,442.53 crore, which is a lot more than the previous year.
The company's stock has been doing well, with a 3600% increase since it was first listed.
BPCL announced its Q3 results will be released on January 23, 2026, and will consider a second interim dividend for FY2025-26.
Shares of BPCL, HPCL, and IOC rallied up to 4% on January 16 due to a drop in crude oil prices.
Brent crude futures dropped by 4.15% to $63.76 per barrel, and WTI crude futures fell by 4.6% to $59.19 per barrel.
BPCL's Q2 net profit surged 168% year-on-year to ₹6,442.53 crore, with revenue rising 3.1% to ₹1,21,570.90 crore.
BPCL's stock has gained over 4% in the last five sessions and has more than quadrupled since its listing.
