AI Portal MMATRIX to Track Health Department Petitions

AI Portal MMATRIX to Track Health Department Petitions

The health minister is creating a computer system called MMATRIX.

It will help the department keep track of every petition people submit.

Each petition will be entered into the system on the day it arrives.

The system will show which officer is handling it and what work has been done.

Officers will normally be expected to process petitions within 10 working days.

They must provide reports and proof of their actions.

A senior officer must check that the problem was truly addressed before the case is closed.

The system will also track instructions from ministerial meetings and highlight work that is late.
