S.D. Burman and Bimal Roy's Iconic Musical Collaborations

Imagine a super talented music maker named S.D. Burman who made amazing songs for movies.

He worked with a great movie director called Bimal Roy.

Together, they made the music for some very famous old movies like 'Devdas', 'Sujata', and 'Bandini'.

In 'Devdas', their songs were so beautiful they made the sad parts even sadder and the happy parts even happier.

For 'Sujata', the music helped tell a story about fairness and kindness.

In 'Bandini', even after S.D. Burman got sick, he still made incredible music, and even his son helped him and his old friend Lata Mangeshkar sing together again.

These songs are remembered as some of the best ever made in Indian movies.
