Bangalore AWA (Xokhi) Hosts Plantation and Yoga Day
The Assamese Women's Association (Xokhi) in Bangalore recently held two events.
They partnered with Reforest India to plant fruit trees at a school, hoping to help the environment.
They also led the celebration of International Yoga Day at Cubbon Park.
This year's theme was about how taking care of ourselves is connected to taking care of the planet, making everyone healthier together.
Both events aimed to promote well-being and environmental care.
Assamese Women’s Association (Xokhi), Bangalore, organized a plantation drive at Providence School.
The drive involved planting 20 fruit saplings in collaboration with Reforest India.
Xokhi celebrated the 11th International Day of Yoga at Cubbon Park.
