India's Delay in Submitting Upgraded NDCs Raises Concerns at COP30
India, a major country and economy, has not yet submitted its upgraded climate action plans, called Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).
This delay is worrying environmentalists because it affects India's credibility and ability to get money from other countries to help with climate change.
Many other countries have already submitted their updated plans.
India has already done well in reducing the amount of greenhouse gases its economy produces, but it still needs to submit its new plans soon.
