Scientists Help Farmers with Agricultural Solutions
Imagine scientists visited many farms to help farmers.
They held a program called VKSA from late May to mid-June.
These scientists taught farmers how to grow better crops.
They shared information about the best seeds and how to protect plants from problems like bugs.
The goal was to help farmers make more money.
The scientists also talked about using natural farming methods, testing the soil, and planting oil palm trees.
The scientists worked with local government and leaders to get the job done.
Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan (VKSA) took place from May 29 to June 15.
The initiative was conducted by Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) under Dr YSR Horticultural University.
VKSA spanned 45 villages across East Godavari, West Godavari, and Eluru districts.
Scientists emphasized climate-resilient and high-yielding crop varieties.
