Jharkhand Academic Council Announces 2026 Compartment Exam Dates

The Jharkhand Academic Council, which runs school exams in the Indian state of Jharkhand, has announced a new schedule for extra exams in 2026.

These are called compartment exams and let students who didn’t pass a subject in the main exam try again.

Class 10 students will take their exams from August 7 to August 12, while Class 12 students will go from August 7 to August 14.

Each day has two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

The tests will be written on paper, not online, and the full timetable can be downloaded from the council’s website.

Students should check the dates and subjects carefully before they go to the exam centre.
