APMC Decentralizes Doctor Registration Services to Districts
The Andhra Pradesh Medical Council (APMC) is making it easier for doctors to renew their registrations.
They've started offering these services at the district level, so doctors in places like Tirupati don't have to travel far.
Fees have been reduced for services, and older doctors have fewer requirements for continuing their medical education.
The APMC also plans to offer these services every weekend.
The goal is to make it more convenient for doctors to stay registered and up-to-date with their licenses.
APMC launched district-level doctor registration renewals and re-registration services in Tirupati.
Doctors no longer need to travel to Vijayawada for these services.
Service fees have been reduced for registration-related services.
Changes have been made to Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit requirements.
APMC plans to offer these services at the district level every weekend.
